I was so glad to meet this awesome family from California, and welcome not only their baby girl Lennox to the world, but all of them to the Hoosier state! They are truly from all over. Macrina grew up in Syracuse, NY, and Tyson grew up in Arlington, Ohio. They met when they were both working for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Their wedding was a beautiful fall Adirondack wedding in 2012. They started their family in Pasadena, California, with two adorable children (now four and two years old and sweet as can be!) Now, they’ve moved to Indiana for work and welcomed their third child, sweet baby girl Lennox.
Macrina said they had wanted another baby, but weren’t really planning on having one amidst all the craziness of moving across the country. However, this surprise addition gave them something to look forward to in their new home, in their new state. This family loves sports and traveling, but of course now with three little ones, their spare time is limited. They have family and friends spread across the country, and it is very important to them to stay connected to all their loved ones.
The kids beloved “Grimmy”, Macrina’s mom, was in town during the newborn session, as well from California. She has used many vacation days and days off to spend as much time here with her grandchildren as possible. You could tell the older kids have a very special relationship with their Grimmy. We even decided to sneak her into a picture or two, and I’m so glad we did.
