I have had a string of unbelievably sweet babies lately, and Mr. Avery was no different. He came to see me at 8 days old and I didn’t see his eyes the entire session. He looked adorable on every set-up, had the cutest little features – I kind of wanted to bite his nose, it was so cute, awesome hair, and two beautiful parents who didn’t look like they could possibly have a newborn at home. Avery was easily my quickest session to date, at just over 2 hours, we flew through every pose and set-up and he even had a lunch break! Lacey and Andy only had one request for the session, a Star Wars-themed set-up, and they brought everything to make their vision come to life. I was definitely out of my element, I honestly couldn’t tell you the difference between Chewbacca and R2-D2 (I know, it’s sad,) but I think I managed to pull it off. Avery seemed pleased too, he even smiled for the shot! Lacey and Andy looked great in their new roles, mom and dad certainly looks good on them, and I’m pretty sure I have a new favorite mom/baby shot for my portfolio.
